Training Philosophy

Life is about finding balance between pushing yourself and being happy with yourself. We need to balance our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social health to live optimally. All things should be done in moderation, including moderation.

Every person is unique and has different goals they are pursuing. Therefore, what is healthy to one person may not be healthy for another. Comparing one person to another is like comparing apples to oranges. We need to define health for ourselves and then we should actively pursue that.
